a new little tool

We got a new tool, in file
/Calibration/EcalAlCaRecoProducers/bin/coeffcompare.cpp

It compares two sets of calibration coefficients and produces the distribution of the ratios.
Here is an example of the output:


Of course it works on Barrel and both Endcaps.
